Tasks included:
-Supporting the AiDA management team (World Bank, OECD-DAC, Bellanet and Development Gateway) in the creation of yearly business plan and strategy documents
-Supervising XML harvests to feed the database

-Conducting usability tests
-Planning and coordinating the website redesign with the multi-agency management team and the technical team based in Washington, DC, and Bangalore
-Creating use cases, quality assurance tests, and processes

· Participated in the Local Project Database (LPD) software development process, an open source web-based tool for managing records on the projects and activities of development partners

Tasks included:
-Tracking and recording of bugs in JIRA for digijava, working with business and technical teams in Romania and Washington, DC
-Ensuring that the LPD XML schema was compatible with the AiDA XML schema. Also, that a process was established to harvest data from the LPD into AiDA
-Creating technical and user guide documentation for the application
-Supporting the design and implementation processes of LPD for the UNDP office in Morocco to create the
Development Cooperation Report (DCR)

The LPD platform later became Open Source and can be found at Source Forge

· Initiated and coordinated talks between dgMarket, an online platform on international procurement opportunities, and COPCA to launch a Catalan version of the site, http://licitacions.copca.com
