I work as an international consultant in web communications,
knowledge sharing and technology for The World Bank Group. I also
carry out ad-hoc advisory work for the Government of Catalonia,
the Fundación
Iberoamericana del Conocimiento, and civil society organizations,
as well as occasional research.
I was born in Venezuela in February 1977. I moved to Europe in
1979 and I spent my childhood in different places of Catalonia,
including Sant Carles de la Rapita, Reus, Tordera, and Olesa de
Montserrat.
In 1995 I started a degree in Economics at Universitat Pompeu
Fabra, Barcelona. After graduation in 1999 I continued studying
Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Applied Economic Analysis,
while living and working between Europe and the United States
ever since -Barcelona, Brussels, New York City, Pittsburgh, and
Washington, DC. My global lifestyle helps me provide a unique
perspective to the projects I am engaged in.
